Richard Gregory

Associate Director

Dr. Richard Gregory is a highly skilled Associate Director with 23 years experience in the construction industry across a wide range of civil and structural engineering projects. He has provided expert engineering advice to the insurance industry for a diverse array of claims, including structural issues during construction works, escape of water, storm damage, and vehicle impacts. Dr. Gregory has also worked as a consulting engineer for 18 years, during which time he has designed, managed, and supervised processes for the construction of new buildings and commercial infrastructure, as well as leading the assessment and alteration of existing structures. Dr. Gregory holds specialist skills particular to the rail, defence, coastal marine, bridges, and asset management sectors.

Dr. Gregory’s experience encompasses engineering, design coordination, project management, contract and commercial management, and personal injury claims, and includes specialist experience in forensic investigation, structural assessment and analysis, and insurance case work. He is a widely experienced consultant with in-depth knowledge of coastal marine, railway, and post-fire environments.
