Mr. Sezgin Ozbilgin is a testifying Delay Expert with 17 years’ experience in the construction industry, working on a wide range of complex building and infrastructure projects. His expertise lies in on-site practice, specialising in implementing various project control techniques to ensure effective change management on large-scale construction projects and preparing and managing multiple schedules for simultaneous projects.
In his consulting role, Mr. Ozbilgin has provided service to project owners, main contractors, and subcontractors concerning mediation, arbitration and litigation matters across both public and private sectors. He has dealt with diverse delay-related issues in major capital projects, including oil and gas, power, greenfield urban development, subsea pipelines, mining, wastewater processing, utilities infrastructure, solar farms, and transportation infrastructure, and commercial, residential, and technical building projects.
