Ms. Trudie Moeller is a Regional Director for Asia Pacific and has experience across many sectors including power/energy, downstream oil and gas, construction, infrastructure, mining, and ports on complex Delay in Start-up (DSU) and Business Interruption (BI) claims across Asia, Australasia, the Middle East, and Central America. She specialises in forensic delay analysis and cost analysis for the insurance and reinsurance markets.
Ms. Moeller is a Chartered Surveyor with a strong technical background in project management and cost consultancy with over 18 years of construction industry experience advising clients in Europe and Asia on project and programme delivery, project recovery, strategic issues, risk mitigation, and cost management for every aspect of a project’s life-cycle.
Ms. Moeller has experience on a wide range of sectors including power (including renewables), construction, infrastructure – rail, road and port, oil and gas downstream, mining and process manufacturing, waste/chemical, as well as commercial, education, historic, and public buildings. Ms. Moeller has knowledge and understanding of all the major forms of contract including JCT, NEC, GC Works, SIA, and other bespoke forms.
