James Royce
Senior Consultant, Quantum, Western Australia
James joins the team as a Senior Consultant based in Perth.
James is a seasoned UK-trained Quantity Surveyor with 10 years of experience across the UK and Australia. Holding an MSc in Quantity Surveying from the University of London, he specialises in civil infrastructure and major building projects. James’ expertise encompass claims and procurement strategy, risk assessment, commercial document production, project financial control, and cost reporting. James’s dynamic skill set, global perspective, and commitment to excellence make him a valuable addition to CCi.
Jeslyn Khoo
Senior Consultant, Quantum, New South Wales
Jeslyn joins the team as a Senior Consultant based in Sydney.
Jeslyn is a UK-trained Quantity Surveyor with a total of 10 years’ experience in Malaysia. Her educational background includes a Diploma and BSc in Quantity Surveying from the UK, along with an MSc in Dispute Resolution. More recently, she has achieved Fellowship status through the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb).
She brings a wealth of expertise in managing complex matters related to dispute resolution, delay claims, quantum assessments, EOT issues, and variations. Jeslyn’s professional background and expertise in dispute resolution is a great fit for the growing CCi team in Sydney.

June Leow
Business Support Executive, Singapore
June joins the APAC business support team as a Business Support Executive based in Singapore.
June brings 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, talent acquisition, human resources and office management across industries such as consulting, logistics and the automotive sector. June holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, an ICA Advanced Certificate in Regulatory Compliance, and a certificate in the Fundamentals of Corporate Secretarial Practice.
Her multifaceted background aligns perfectly with CCi’s expansion in Singapore. June’s ability to navigate operational challenges, combined with her comprehensive skill set, makes her a valuable addition to the team, particularly during this period of growth in APAC.

Mike Miller
Talent Acquisition Manager, United Kingdom and Europe
Mike joins the team as a Talent Acquisition Manager based in Manchester.
With over eight years of experience in the recruitment field, Mike stands out as a relationship-focused talent acquisition specialist ready to make a meaningful impact at CCi. His expertise lies in managing end-to-end recruitment, and fostering strong connections, with a focus on drawing in top-tier talent in the engineering, construction, and property sector.
Mike’s role will be fundamental as CCi continues to grow its team and expand its footprint across the UK and Europe. His leadership skills and ability to attract talent aligns perfectly with our growth objectives.

Anna Fe Arellano
Business Support Executive, New Zealand
Anna joins the team as a Business Support Executive based in Auckland.
Anna offers a diverse skillset as a Civil Engineer and Quantity Surveyor, holding a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the Philippines, as well as a certificate in Quantity Surveying. She brings over 12 years of experience across the Philippines and the Middle East, working in various capacities with subcontractors, main contractors, and consultancies.
Anna has recently relocated to New Zealand to pursue her graduate diploma in Construction Project Management. She will be an excellent addition to the CCi team, providing valuable support with administration and project-related tasks.

Nikol Rashkova
Paralegal, United Kingdom
Nikol joins the team as a Paralegal based in Chorley.
Nikol is a highly accomplished Corporate Paralegal with a master’s degree in Law and LPC obtained through BPP University. She has spent the past six years working with in-house counsel at a multinational corporation, providing guidance and support on litigation and dispute resolution, powers of attorney, company secretarial duties, and corporate affairs.
Nikol will be working closely with CCi’s global legal team to provide advice and guidance, draft and review contracts, monitor compliance and regulatory matters, and provide support in all other aspects of corporate governance. We are excited to welcome her to the team.
