Message from Sinead Waldron, Group Head of HR

Azie Danches

Business Support Executive, Kuala Lumpur

Azie joins the team as a Business Support Executive in Kuala Lumpur. Azie offers over 10 years administrative experience, developing valuable skills whilst working within the property and construction industry including 2 years working in a consulting environment. Azie will strengthen CCi’s growing Malaysia business by managing projects, supporting the consultants with a full range of administrative tasks, and providing executive assistance to the Regional Director.

Nicole Davidson

Talent and Human Resources Assistant, Perth

Nicole joins CCi’s and Rimkus’ Human Resources team to support talent acquisition and group wide human resource projects. Nicole’s experience in recruitment offers an excellent foundation for her to assist with building talent pipelines and supporting our growing teams. Nicole has joined CCi because she is interested to build her knowledge and skills across all aspects of human resources, and we are excited to offer her a platform to grow and invest in her development.

Bradley Gibbs

Senior Consultant, Delay, London

Bradley joins the London team as a Senior Consultant and Delay Analyst. He graduated with an HND in Engineering and went on to achieve an LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration. Bradley offers CCi’s Insurance and Construction clients over 20 years ‘experience in program planning and control across a diverse range of sectors including Construction, Engineering, Energy & Power, Rail and IT. He has more recently moved into dispute resolution services where he provides contractual entitlement advice, claim management, forensic delay analysis, and to a lesser extent quantum assessments on large and complex projects. As an advanced user of CPA scheduling tools with significant systems, process, and executive reporting expertise, Bradley will add value to our team by developing programmes for various project types from first principles, evaluate schedule risk, and identify mitigation options.

David Herrod

Associate Director, Technical, London

David joins Rimkus’ Forensic and Life Sciences team as an Associate Director based in London.

David is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 35 years’ experience in the Marine and Ports sector. Having worked for contractors, designers and for the past 15 years with operators, David has extensive knowledge of different design and construction techniques combined with the integration of construction works with port operations and dredging activities. His experience extends to associated works including pavement design, cranage, and maintenance for both container and general cargo ports. David’s appointment further strengthens Rimkus’ technical offering, he will work closely with our UK based MD to develop the Forensic and Life Sciences service brand throughout UK and Europe.

Shane Neely

Senior Consultant, Quantum, Sydney

Shane joins the Sydney team as a Senior Consultant to provide commercial and claims advisory to CCi’s clients. Shane is a MRICS accredited Quantity Surveyor with over 6 years’ experience in Australia and Ireland working on complex engineering projects and programmes. Shane is proud of being part of the team that won the RICS Quantity Surveying team of the year in 2021. Shane has made the transition from project delivery with contractors to working as a consultant, he aspires to move deeper into claims work. CCi are happy to provide the right exposure, support and mentorship as Shane enters the new chapter of his career.

Alexander Wicht

Senior Consultant, Delay, Dubai

Alexander joins the Delay team in Dubai as a Senior Consultant. Having previously worked with some of the team, we are happy to reunite Alexander and offer him support as he develops his career as a Claims/ Contract Specialist and Delay Analyst.

Alexander graduated with a Diploma in Project Management and an LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration. He offers over 22 years’ experience in the construction industry including the last 5 years spent working in the Middle East region. He has extensive knowledge of contracts, claims, disputes, quantum, and delay. He has gained extensive experience in disputes, contracts, claims preparation and defence, delay analysis, commercial and general management, working on complex power generation, oil and gas and petrochemical projects throughout South Africa and the Middle East.

Lorna Yumul

Senior Consultant, Quantum, Sydney

Lorna joins the Sydney team as a Senior Consultant providing commercial advisory on complex infrastructure projects. Lorna graduated with a BSc in Civil Engineering and offers over 20 years diverse experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Cost Controller on projects through Asia, the Middle East and more recently Australia. Lorna has built up a broad range of experience to offer our clients, having worked with tier one engineering contractors, global cost consultancies and private quantity surveyors. During her time in the Middle East, Lorna previously worked with one of CCi’s leadership team, it’s encouraging to see Lorna maintain her connection and express an interest in building her career with CCi.
