Chandra Tjioe

Accounts Receivable Lead, New South Wales

Chandra joins the corporate team as Accounts Receivable Lead based in Sydney.

Chandra holds a Bachelor of Business (e-Commerce) and a Certificate of Attainment in MYOB, leveraging over 15 years of experience across diverse industry sectors in Sydney.

With a deep understanding of and proficiency in ERP systems, receivables, revenue, process streamlining, and financial reporting, Chandra is equipped to deliver results. His proficiency in problem-solving, critical and analytical thinking, time management, and attention to detail further enhances his value to the CCi team and its clients.

Chandra has joined CCi to begin a new chapter of professional growth and development. He sees this opportunity as a crucial step in his career journey, aiming to enhance his skills, broaden his knowledge, and contribute meaningfully to CCi’s success. Sagar Mhetre

Associate Director, Delay, Singapore

Sagar joins the team as an Associate Director based in Singapore.

Sagar holds a Master’s degree in International Construction Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Affiliated with various professional bodies, including ACIArb and MACOSTe, Sagar brings expertise as an experienced forensic delay and disruption analyst, offering expert advice on resolving time-related disputes.

With over 15 years of experience, he has contributed to a wide range of public and private sector projects across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and North America. His project involvement spans various sectors, including power generation, oil and gas, chemicals, mining, rail, tunnelling, highways, airports, dams, power transmission lines, marine, and building construction.

Sagar’s commitment to excellence and his comprehensive skill set position him to contribute significantly to CCi, supporting the company’s mission of providing expert advice and resolutions in construction claims and disputes. Joining CCi allows him to collaborate with a team of experts, leverage his forensic analysis expertise, and engage in high-profile projects across diverse regions, enhancing his ability to deliver independent, impartial, and objective advice on complex construction disputes.

Benny Yeow

Senior Consultant, Quantum, Singapore

Benny joins the team as a Senior Consultant based in Singapore.

Benny holds a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Law, bringing over 17 years of experience in the construction industry. He spent four years as a design engineer, overseeing projects across Southeast Asia, including factories, condominiums, and commercial buildings. Following this, Benny gained six years of experience in the façade industry, specialising in contract and project management. During this time, he adeptly managed commercial issues and ensured smooth day-to-day site progress.

For the past seven years, Benny has focused on the design, construction, and project management of healthcare facilities. Some of the projects he has completed include operating theatres, medical imaging facilities for various modalities, LINAC bunkers, and specialist clinics.

Joining CCi, Benny’s technical proficiency will enhance our newly established technical team in Singapore. He is committed to further developing his skills as a forensic engineer and looks forward to contributing his expertise to the CCi team while continuing his professional growth in the field of construction dispute resolution.

Annemarie Bradburn

Head of Business Support, United Kingdom

Annemarie joins the corporate team as Head of Business Support based in Chorley.

Annemarie brings over 20 years of experience as Head of Administration within a prominent fire and security company, where she has excelled in process mapping, creating and streamlining procedures, team management, and project support functions. Her collaborative approach across sales, operations, and finance teams has facilitated cross-functional communication and collaboration. Throughout her career, her mission has been to provide exceptional service and support to clients and internal networks while managing and supporting large teams.

Passionate about efficiency and continual improvement, Annemarie values teamwork, innovation, and integrity, which she aims to bring to CCi. By joining CCi, Annemarie looks forward to leveraging her wealth of experience and skills to further enhance client satisfaction and organisational effectiveness, while also advancing her professional growth within the company.

Rebecca Bevington

Marketing Manager EMEA, United Kingdom

Rebecca joins the global marketing team as Marketing Manager EMEA based in Chorley.

Rebecca holds a recently completed PhD in Human Rights Literature from the University of York, complemented by an MA and BA in English. With over 10 years of experience across project management, marketing, and communications in diverse sectors across the United Kingdom, she brings a wealth of expertise to CCi.

Her extensive skill set includes qualitative research and analysis, copywriting, project and campaign management, programme evaluation, engagement and knowledge exchange, and facilitation. She has a proven track record of delivering successful projects, ranging from national leadership development initiatives in hospitals to clinical studies of living conditions in prisons, working with multidisciplinary teams and diverse communities.

Rebecca is excited to leverage her talents at CCi, where she aims to expand her horizons beyond the marketing and communications context of the United Kingdom’s sector. She looks forward to establishing relationships with a diverse range of individuals and teams, contributing her skills and insights to add value to CCi’s initiatives and projects.

Rob Cowup

Marketing Manager EMEA, United Kingdom

Rob joins the team as Director of Business Development based in London.

Rob brings 22 years of extensive experience in business development and practice management within the legal and professional services sectors. With a track record of cultivating relationships and driving business growth, he is positioned to add significant value to CCi.  

Based in the United Kingdom, Rob supports CCi’s business development operations for the EMEA and APAC regions, excelling in director-level business development, client relationship management, practice management, and leadership.

Rob’s decision to join CCi is driven by CCi’s global reputation for excellence in delay, quantum, and technical consulting services. He is enthusiastic about contributing to the firm’s expansion in expert testimony work globally across onshore construction, energy, infrastructure, and related sectors.

Dr Richard Gregory

Associate Director, United Kingdom

Richard Gregory joins the technical team as an Associate Director based in London.

Richard is a Chartered Engineer who holds a PhD degree and a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours. He is also a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers.

With over 20 years of experience acquired from various consultancy organisations, Richard has provided in-house technical services across a wide range of claims predominantly in buildings and infrastructure. His portfolio extends to product defect investigations, personal injury claims, and fire investigations.

By joining CCi, Richard aims to further develop his legal proficiency while contributing new insights and strategic solutions to the team. His vast engineering experience, coupled with his dedication to continuous education, makes him a great fit for CCi’s technical team.
