Amy Lu

Finance Assistant Asia Pacific Region - Sydney

Amy joins CCi’s Finance team as a Finance Assistant based in Sydney. Amy is a qualified Accountant who holds an Advanced Diploma in Accounting. She offers over 10 years’ experience in Australia including developing her industry experience in construction finance. Amy’s previous positions have been within construction fit-out contractors. Amy used to work with CCi’s APAC Finance Manager at one of her previous employers and we are delighted that she has chosen to join us and continue her working relationship. Amy will assist CCi’s Finance Manager working across CCi’s 8 Asia Pacific regional offices. 

Elaine Murphy

Senior Consultant, Quantum - Sydney

Elaine joins the Sydney team as a Senior Consultant, Quantum. Elaine holds a BA (Hons) in Construction Management and Construction Economics & Management and offers 15+ years’ experience in Ireland and Australia. Elaine will undertake a diverse role, she will assist CCi’s quantum expert witness team by providing analysis, in addition, she will work as part of a team providing claims advisory to a large infrastructure client. Elaine offers excellent client management skills to the team and is looking to develop her career as a claims practitioner. We are happy to support Elaine by providing a variety of work across construction, engineering and insurance clients, mentorships and support with her assessment of professional competence for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. 

Dandan Song

Consultant, Quantum - Dubai

Dandan joins the Dubai team as a Consultant, Quantum. She offers the team around 10 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, including 7 years working in the Middle East region. Dandan has been working on in-house claims and has good knowledge of FIDIC, JCT, NEC3I forms of contract. She has a sound understanding of Contract Law, International Arbitration, Contract Dispute Resolution and Contract Management. Dandan will provide support to CCi’s Expert Witnesses and also look to undertake commercial assignments for a variety of CCi’s engineering and energy clients.
