Lydia Zhai
Senior Consultant, Quantum, New Zealand
Lydia joins the CCi team as a Senior Consultant based in Auckland.
Lydia is a skilled Quantity Surveyor, holding a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Massey University in Auckland, New Zealand, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Financial Management in China.
Lydia spent the first 7 years of her career working as an Accountant before transitioning into the construction sector. Over the past 7 years, she has gained valuable experience as a Quantity Surveyor, working with major Tier 1 contractors in both main contractor and subcontractor management within the civil construction sector.
Mia Rose Gacutno
Senior Consultant, Quantum, New South Wales
Mia joins the CCi team as a Senior Consultant based in Sydney.
Mia is a Civil Engineer and brings with her over 17 years’ experience in Asia Pacific and the Middle East. She has worked for contractor, design and build, and project management companies and has project exposure on infrastructure, buildings, facilities management, interior fitout, hotels, retail malls, and luxury residential houses.
Mia was involved in several high-end and complex projects managing a team of quantity surveyors for pre- and post-contract projects. She is highly skilled in software programs and applications such as, BlueBeam RevU and Planswift and utilising received 3D models in CostX, which increases her efficiency and speed of construction project management while significantly reducing schedule delays and risks.
Jack Wotton
Consultant, Quantum, New South Wales
Jack joins the CCi team as a Consultant based in Sydney.
Jack possesses six years’ post graduate experience providing quantity surveying and employer’s agent services, working across the United Kingdom. He has experience working on various types of buildings, including commercial, office, and residential. Jack is a Chartered Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Lauren Hutchinson
Consultant, Quantum, New South Wales
Lauren joins the CCi team as a Consultant based in Sydney.
Lauren is an accomplished Quantity Surveyor, holding a Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Salford. With over 6 years of experience in the United Kingdom construction industry, she has a proven track record of managing diverse commercial and residential projects, excelling in cost management and project delivery.
Antonio Gonzales
Senior Consultant, Quantum, Western Australia
Antonio joins the CCi team as a Senior Consultant based in Perth.
Antonio is a seasoned Quantity Surveyor with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, offering over 25 years of experience in the construction and engineering sector across Australia, Asia, and the Middle East. His skills in contract administration and cost control have played a vital role in the success of major mining, oil and gas, and civil engineering projects.
Iain Peters
Senior Consultant, Delay, United Kingdom
Iain joins the CCi team as a Senior Consultant based in London.
Iain is a Planning Manager with over 22 years’ experience working in the construction industry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Business Development, Professional Diploma in Forensic Schedule Analysis, and is a member of MCIO and MCIArb.
Iain specialises in detailed project planning from the tender stage to completion and excels in managing delay and disruption claims. He is well-versed in international arbitration, particularly under ADCCAC rules in the United Arab Emirates, where he has provided extensive support to delay experts and legal teams.
Puteri El Sherief
Marketing Manager – APAC, Malaysia
Puteri joins the global marketing team as Marketing Manager for APAC based in Kuala Lumpur.
Puteri is a passionate Marketing Manager with a solid academic background from both Australia and Malaysia. She holds a Diploma in Communications, a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and Media Studies, and a Master’s Degree in Marketing. With over 8 years’ experience in traditional and digital marketing across the engineering and education sector, Puteri will leverage her experience to support our offices and drive consistent and effective marketing strategies.
