Capital Consulting International (CCi), a Rimkus Company, a global leader in integrated delay, quantum, and technical expert solutions to the insurance and construction industries, is pleased to announce the promotion of Sandra Hugo to Regional Director for its Victoria business.

Sandra is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 17 years of experience in the construction industry as a Quantity Surveyor, Claims Consultant, and Quantum Expert Witness. She has worked for cost and claims consultants, developers, and contractors on live projects and disputes around the world.
I am excited to embark on this new chapter with CCi. The construction landscape in Australia is continuously evolving, offering significant opportunities for the business. I am looking forward to leading and supporting our multi-talented team in Melbourne, as we grow and continue to excel in serving our clients.
Specialising in expert witness support in litigations, arbitrations, adjudications, and mediations, Sandra possesses extensive experience working on complex multi-million dollar projects. Sandra’s approach is to provide a dedicated and customised service on all commissions aimed at narrowing the issues and delivering meaningful analysis.
I would like to congratulate and thank Sandra for accepting this role, which is well deserved. Sandra has been a shining star within our growing team, acting as Lead Assistant Expert on multiple, large and complicated quantum expert reports under the guidance and leadership of our Managing Director, Simon Lowe. As a result, she has more recently started to undertake her own expert reports. She is a trusted member of our team and we look forward to supporting Sandra’s continued growth within the CCi Rimkus family.
Based in Melbourne, Sandra will primarily focus on expanding CCi’s client base across Victoria, developing and growing our Melbourne team, and working closely with global leadership to ensure that collaboration opportunities are realised.
