Message from Sinead Waldron, Director of Human Resources
Alejandra join’s CCi’s Houston team as a Consultant. She offers experience in construction project management on major projects throughout the United States. She has honed her skills handling scope, schedule, and budget requirements from inception to the post construction stages.
Alejandra is interested in developing her career with insurance and construction claims and apply her project controls and delivery experience. Alejandra is proficient Spanish speaker.

Blessing joins CCi’s Perth team, having recently relocated from Dubai, UAE. Blessing is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 17 years of experience working in the UAE, Australia and India on complex, large scale projects across a variety of sectors including Building, Civil, Infrastructure and Mining.
Blessing brings experience in the preparation and defence of extension of time, prolongation, disruption claims. In addition he has worked on the prelim thickening/management of change claims providing advice on contractual positions and entitlement with an understanding of the dispute resolution process. Blessing is looking to develop his career as a Dispute Resolution Consultant and will work across CCi’s portfolio of clients.
Danyelle started her recruitment career in 2015, specialising in civil construction and architecture recruitment and more recently moving into technical engineering disciplines. She has built her experience working in candidate short markets where she has been able to build relationships with a wide variety of people and make an impact.
Danyelle enjoys partnering with businesses to ensure she understands their intrinsic needs, she is able to assist leaders build teams of like-minded individuals who have a positive effect on the overall business. Danyelle joins CCi to develop her career in corporate recruitment and to broaden her skills within human resources. Danyelle will work closely with CCi’s management team and assist with our growth strategy across Asia Pacific.

Eva is an accomplished business support professional with extensive experience in all aspects of people management, operational processes and administrative functions. She holds a degree in Mathematics and English.
Eva is a native Czech and Slovakian speaker, intermediate Polish speaker, and advanced fluent English speaker.
Romell is a an experienced Data Analyst who has spent over 14 years working in accounting, administration, and construction.
Romell offers great value to the Dubai team, having previously assisted dispute resolution experts and consultants with a wide range of delay and quantum issues leading up to arbitration proceedings. He has been involved with a broad spectrum of projects covering infrastructure, residential and mixed-use, industrial, railway and transportation, commercial and leisure. Romell will support CCi’s experts with data analysis whilst building his understanding of dispute resolution.
