Adam joins the Dubai team as Finance Manager responsible for the CCi’s Middle East Region. The Finance Manager role is a newly created position which is part of CCi’s strategic investment to offer market leading financial and commercial support to our technical teams as they expand their services across the region.

Adam achieved a First-Class Honours degree in Mathematics and Management.  He is a professionally accredited Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA) with 11 years’ experience working across professional services, construction, oil and gas, infrastructure, further education and media.

Adrian Hand

Adrian joins CCi’s Auckland team as a Director, he will lead contract and commercial advisory work and further develop our brand with asset owners and contractors across New Zealand.  Adrian’s expertise and reputation will strengthen CCi’s New Zealand team, investment in New Zealand is a key part of our strategic growth plan. 

Adrian is a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor with 34 years’ experience in contracts and claims management of challenging and distressed projects in the civil engineering and construction industries. His extensive experience includes working for major contractors, international consultants and an airport asset owner on a wide variety of projects including civils infrastructure, buildings, defence, industrial, power and utilities, oil and gas and aviation. 

Chlenessa joins CCi’s Sydney team as a Senior Consultant, she will work with our contract and commercial management consultants assisting a key client with their multibillion-dollar program of works. 

Chlenessa holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering and has 12 years’ experience across Engineering, Estimating, Contract Admin and Quantity Surveying.   For the past 8 years Chlenessa has worked as a Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Administrator with Tier 1 Contractors on major transport and building projects.   Chlenessa offers CCi’s clients expertise managing head contracts, claims, submissions, variations and valuations. She has enjoyed supported teams during the dispute resolution process and is keen to specialise further.

Michelle Laithwaite
Business Support Executive

Michelle joins CCi’s Northwest office as a Business Support Executive.  She is a highly experienced senior administrator with over 20 years experience.  She has built her career working with construction contractors in varied roles from commercial assistance, contract management, resource planning, administration and customer service.

Myriem is a Lead Delay Analyst with comprehensive experience in Commercial Management and Dispute Resolution. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Business French.  She has honed her experience working on construction projects throughout the US, Canada and the Middle East for over 14 years. 

Myriem has prepared forensic delay analysis (concurrent delay, extension of time and prolongation claims for Contractors and Employers. Myriem has experience in assisting delay experts in international arbitration. She has worked on disputes across many sectors, including large multi-use developments, infrastructure, airports, railways, oil & gas and SAGD.

Myriem’s technical and managerial experience will be a great asset to CCi’s Middle East team.  In addition, Myriem is fluent in Arabic and French, her language skills will add further value to our clients.

Neil is a quantity surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. He has a breadth of experience in commercial and claims management roles on projects across multiple industry sectors.

Neil has overseen commercial teams on large, complex infrastructure projects, but has also been charged with examining contentious issues requiring meticulous attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to their resolution.

Thenuja joins CCi’s Perth team as an Associate Director and will initially offer commercial management expertise on the construction of a mining project. 

Thenuja is a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor & Commercial Lead with 20+ years’ experience spanning across Australia, Dubai and Sri Lanka. Thenuja is professionally accredited as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. 

As a Commercial Manager, Thenuja leads projects from inception to completion.  He offers CCi’s clients expertise across commercial management, contract administration, cost management and claims consulting including successfully negotiating extension of time variations and dispute resolution.

Thilina joins CCi’s Perth team as a Senior Consultant, he will work in a varied role offering commercial and claims support to live projects, and in addition assist CCi’s Quantum Expert Witnesses with analysis and report writing. 

 

Thilina is an accredited Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.  He is a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor who offers 15 years’ experience across quantum analysis, dispute resolution, project controls, procurement and commercial management.

Thilina has previously worked on disputes and claims from rail, mining, energy and commercial projects up to the value of $700m.
