Mr. Simon Russell is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years of international experience including Europe, the United States and Australia on a portfolio of major power generation, mining, process and infrastructure projects. Mr. Russell has recently become a RICS Registered Expert Witness and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, which has provided him with a detailed understanding of the dispute resolution process and the requirements expected upon instructions. He is also an active member of the Resolution Institute and the Chartered Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors.
