I have acted as the appointed expert in delay matters in Litigation, Arbitration, Adjudication and Mediation in the UK and overseas for claimants and respondents. I have recent extensive experience of planning management of large projects for public and private sector clients where projects are running into difficulty in respect of time, delay, prolongation and disruption assisting the parties to navigate to a successful conclusion within the restrictions of the form of Contract.

Major construction project experience: Tunnelling and gas pipeline under the river Humber, 600km multi-purpose fuel pipeline in South Africa, 30km WELM pipeline in UK, gas pipeline and process facility in Tunisia, Data Centres in Europe & Global, Beckton CHiP Power Plant, Dounreay Nuclear facility, Q7 Off shore Wind Farm, various Hospital Building projects, Shangri-La Hotel in the Shard, Royal Academy of Arts in London.

I have knowledge and understanding of all the major forms of Contract which include, JCT, FIDIC and NEC. I present talks on the NEC form of Contract in respect of time, change and planning management along with a talk on the impact of delay and disruption for employers and contractors.

Detailed knowledge of all forms of delay analysis in line with the SCL Protocol including Impacted As-Planned Analysis, Time Impact Analysis, Time Slice Windows Analysis, As-Planned versus As-Built Windows Analysis, Retrospective Longest Path Analysis and Collapsed As-Built Analysis.
