He has a breadth of experience in commercial and claims management roles on projects across multiple industry sectors. His quantity surveying experience has been gained with top tier contractors, primarily in the civils and infrastructure sectors. He specialises in construction claims, dispute resolution and contract advisory, having represented international consultancies and supported their experts appointed in litigation, arbitration and adjudication proceedings. Mr. Mitchell has overseen commercial teams on large, complex infrastructure projects, but has also been charged with examining contentious issues requiring meticulous attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to their resolution.
