Roberto Guevara
Senior Consultant, Quantum - Victoria
Roberto joins the team as a Senior Consultant based in Melbourne.
Roberto graduated with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, he has spent over 19 years’ working as a Contract Administrator on a wide range of projects across the civil and commercial sector projects, particularly, on West Gate Tunnel, Melbourne Metro, Level Crossing Removal Programme, and the Ballarat Line Upgrade.
Roberto has a thorough practical understanding of the building and construction process. He is a versatile expert in tasks such as package tendering, procurement, and the drafting of subcontract admin, as well as the processing of subcontract and head contract progress claims and variations. He adds exceptional value not only to CCi but also to our clients who can benefit from his proficiency in overseeing and ensuring the success of complex construction projects.

Elliot Loveday
Consultant - Western Australia
Elliot joins the Perth team as a consultant.
Elliot is a UK trained Quantity Surveyor with over three years’ experience in managing high-end residential projects in London. He holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying and has recently relocated to Australia. Elliot’s experience will be invaluable in providing collaborative support to the Perth team to ensure successful project outcomes. With his attention to detail and commitment to excellence, Elliot is poised to make a significant contribution to CCi’s mission of delivering exceptional service to clients.
Ben Roberts
Financial Accounting Manager - United Kingdom
Ben joins the team as a Financial Accounting Manager based in Horsham.
Ben is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 8 years’ experience in practice and financial accounting. He demonstrates expertise in various areas, including tax, audit and statutory accounts. Ben has a proven record of providing a full finance function to SME clients, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insight to senior management.
Ben’s knowledge and extensive experience in practice and financial accounting, combined with his excellent analytical skills, makes him a valuable asset to CCi. He is committed to delivering results and promoting business growth and success.

Bhavina Vasishta
Forensic Architect Consultant - United Kingdom
Bhavina joins the team as a Forensic Architect Consultant based in London.
Bhavina is a highly qualified and experienced Chartered Architect with over a decade of experience in the construction industry as a Designer and Project Manager. Her expertise includes providing dispute resolution assistance and advice in a range of areas, such as construction defects, professional negligence, design copyright issues, BIM modelling, and contract disputes.
Bhavina is also adept at undertaking technical advisory reports in construction insurance-related matters and providing construction advice and contract troubleshooting. With her wealth of knowledge and skills, Bhavina will make a great impact to the CCi team, providing excellent services to our clients and achieve greater success.
