Tim joins the team as Head of Expert Services APAC based in Sydney.

Sang Jun Lee (SJ)

Associate Director, Quantum, Middle East

SJ joins the team as an Associate Director based in Qatar.

SJ brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with a primary focus on major infrastructure and building projects across Asia and the Middle East.

Specialising in project controls and forensic delay analysis, he holds a Master’s in Civil Engineering and an LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration.

As a member of various professional bodies, SJ brings a wealth of expertise in project management and cost control. He provides delay analyses for incorporation into claims submissions for extension time and quantum costs. Additionally, SJ has supported delay expert witnesses as the primary assistant in several ICC arbitrations.

Amanda Yeo

Associate Director, Quantum, Singapore

Amanda joins the team as an Associate Director based in Singapore.

Amanda is a Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Holding a Master of Science in Construction Management and recently completing an LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration, she brings a comprehensive skillset to CCi.

Amanda’s international expertise extends across major projects in building, infrastructure, oil and gas, power, and manufacturing. She specialises in quantity surveying, claims preparation, commercial management, and has successfully assisted quantum expert witnesses on contentious issues. 

Robin Huang

Senior Consultant, Quantum, Western Australia

Robin joins the team as a Senior Consultant based in Perth.

Robin is a Quantity Surveyor who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management with a major in Quantity Surveying and is a member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors. With over 12 years of experience in Australia and Singapore, his expertise covers contract management, project management, and quantity surveying in the infrastructure, construction, and property sectors.

Booven Vijayakumar

Consultant, Quantum, Malaysia

Booven joins the team as a Consultant based in Kuala Lumpur.

Booven is a Quantity Surveyor who holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman. He is a registered provisional Quantity Surveyor under the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia and a graduate member of the Royal Institute of Surveyors Malaysia.

Booven offers over 5 years of experience working for a main contractor, developer, and a consultancy in Kuala Lumpur. He is enthusiastic about developing his skills in construction claims, contract, and dispute management, and has been involved in multiple dispute resolution proceedings, including arbitration and adjudication.

Zoe Pumkajorn

Consultant, Quantum, Western Australia

Zoe joins the team as a Consultant based in Perth.

Zoe is a graduate Quantity Surveyor who holds a Bachelor of Construction (Quantity Surveying) from Massey University, New Zealand and is currently pursuing her master’s degree. Zoe is also an associate member of RICS.

With over 3 years of experience within the infrastructure sector, she has contributed her skills to a major road project in New Zealand. Zoe’s recent relocation to Perth offers the opportunity to leverage her experience and skills within the WA team.
