Mr. Robin Huang is a Quantity Surveyor with over 12 years of experience in the construction, infrastructure, and building sectors across Australia and Singapore.
Mr. Huang has successfully managed several major projects from initial inception to completion all within the time and resources allocated. Over the years, he has significantly gained a broad scope of experience within contract management, project management, and quantity surveying portfolios in which he has been instrumental in the determination of best practice for project development, establishing optimal standards across project contracts, and cost management.
Mr. Huang is adept in the use of several construction applications and software programs, including Cost X, Aconex, Procore, SAP, Oracle, and the PMO Cost Control Establishment.
