Daniel Toe

Consultant, Western Australia

Daniel joins the team as a Consultant based in Perth.

Daniel is a Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) with a Bachelor’s (First Class Honours) in Quantity Surveying. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS). Originally from Burma and a graduate from Malaysia, Daniel has accumulated over six years of professional experience as a quantity surveying consultant in Singapore. He has a diverse project track record, serving both government and private clients across various sectors, including civil infrastructure, residential, commercial, educational, religious institutions, and airport terminals. Daniel has also assisted expert witnesses in matters of quantum.

Having recently migrated to Perth, Daniel is eager to contribute his international expertise to CCi and its clients while embracing Australian culture and professional practices. His experience in Singapore has provided him with diverse project exposure, strong client relations, and a meticulous work ethic. He excels in cost estimation, cost planning, contract administration, and claims and contract advisory.

Daniel joined CCi for its positive and diverse consulting environment, aligning with his career aspirations. He looks forward to immersing himself in the local working culture, enhancing his professional practices, and making a significant impact at CCi.

Anu Pandey

Accounts Payable Lead, New South Wales

Anu joins the CCi corporate team as the Accounts Payable Lead based in Sydney.

Anu is a highly qualified finance professional with a Master’s degree in Accounting and over 13 years of experience in the finance sector. She has a diverse background, having worked globally in mobile advertising for user acquisition and within the tourism and retail industries in Australia.

Anu brings a wealth of skills and value to CCi, including expertise in vendor management, risk assessment, and process improvements aimed at ensuring smooth payment operations. She is committed to maintaining strong professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and enhancing collaboration and efficiency within the organisation.

Anu was attracted to CCi’s innovative approach, strong reputation, and commitment to excellence. She looks forward to opportunities for mutual growth and advancement, contributing to CCi’s continued success while furthering her own professional development.

Craig Finlay

Director, United Kingdom

Craig joins the CCi leadership team as a Director based in London.

Craig is a Chartered Engineer with an upper second-class BSc honours degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde. He is also a member of the Institution of Chemical Engineers. He has 30 years of international experience, predominantly in the upstream oil and gas sector, holding various technical corporate governance roles.

Craig spent 21 years as Schlumberger’s lead chemical engineer globally, earning recognition with the Schlumberger Chairman’s Award for his pivotal role in an oil field reactivation project in Colombia. His expertise extends to major international arbitration cases, resolved under ICC and UNCITRAL rules, across North Africa, Latin America, and the former Soviet Union. Craig has also provided guidance on resolving domestic industrial disputes in England and the Netherlands.

His extensive skill set encompasses hydrocarbon asset development, petroleum economics, project management, process safety management, process engineering, production optimisation, flow assurance, plant commissioning, and operations.

Craig’s decision to join CCi is motivated by his aspirations to further his career as a technical expert witness in dispute resolution, particularly focusing on high-value international arbitration cases.
