730MW Ultra-supercritical Coal Fired Power Station

Originally suffering a catastrophic failure of the transformer, the project suffered several delay events, including 13 instances of damage. CCi worked with the project team to establish the likely benefit of the proposed mitigation measure regarding the utilisation of a spare transformer. In addition, CCi reviewed the project’s contemporaneous records to establish the true impact of the 13 critical incidents to arrive at a successful settlement of compensation and delay entitlement.
