Mr. Alan Leonard is a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager with extensive experience in a variety of roles in the construction sector. Mr. Leonard has acted as a lead assistant in the preparation of expert reports in several large disputes both domestically and internationally, in litigation, arbitration and adjudication. He has been involved in expert witness appointments on major infrastructure, mining, oil and gas and building projects in Australia and the Middle East.
Mr. Leonard has experience in various contractual matters relating to extensions of time, disruption, building defects, insurance claim verification, loss and expense claims and independent valuation of construction works.
