Mr. Hand’s sector experience includes Civil Engineering Infrastructure, Building, Energy, Manufacturing and Ports. His commercial and contracts skill set is founded upon his numerous years as a project-based Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager for major civil engineering contractors and consultants on a wide range of projects.
