CCi is pleased to announce that the CCi North America business led by Henry Densham, will be further strengthened with the addition of a leadership team, providing construction disputes and expert witness services across North America. With 4 offices in the US and our office in Toronto, CCi is able to provide in country expertise on construction disputes, plus a cutting-edge cost Service to support CCi’s existing insurance clients.
The new construction and cost team is led by Neil Sinclair, Managing Director – Construction Services, North America. He will be supported by Dave McCulla, Regional Director Southeast US and Brandon Hall as Senior Consultant. The new team will work on commissions for both Insurance and Construction clients.
These appointments strengthen CCi’s position as a market-leading claims and dispute resolution consultancy, providing integrated expert services in delay, quantum and technical disciplines across the globe, and further enhances the capabilities of our existing North American team of multi-disciplinary experts to deliver clarity and resolution to some of the world’s largest and most complex insurance and construction claims.

Neil Sinclair has over 40 years’ experience working on US and International projects. He specialises in Cost/Claims/Advisory and Project Management has worked on a wide range of projects, providing valuable support and advice to clients across many sectors and countries.Â
Neil has testified as an Expert Witness over 25 times on cost, scheduling and construction issues, and has worked on over 140 legal assignments and in over 12 countries.
Dave McCulla has over 40 years’ experience working on US and International projects and has worked as an independent construction claims consultant, gaining extensive global experience in North and South America. Dave has also testified as an Expert Witness several times on cost, scheduling and construction issues, and has worked on numerous legal assignments worldwide.
Both Neil Sinclair and Dave McCulla are Quantity Surveyors.
Brendan Hall has a Masters in Civil engineering, and construction management and over 10 years’ experience in the construction industry. Brandon will be based in our Miami office and, like his colleagues, will be supporting both Insurance and constructions clients.
