Mr. Nurul Shapii is an experienced and detail-orientated Construction Project Programmer with over 17 years’ experience, who has worked on numerous large scale and complex international projects. Mr. Shapii began his career as a site planning engineer and continues to work extensively on dispute resolution projects where his expertise has been used to provide detailed forensic analysis of project programmes, to identify delays, prolongation, acceleration, and cause and effect events. His analyses have not only been used to substantiate claims but also in arbitration proceedings, high court litigation (primarily in Singapore and Malaysia), adjudication and mediation. Mr. Shapii has worked with multinational teams across Asia, the Middle East and the United Kingdom, on flagship projects such as the Jewel Singapore Terminal 5 Airport, Turkey International Port, Palm Jumeirah Dubai, and the Dubai Metro. Mr. Shapii is well-versed in the deployment and usage of programme planning software, primarily Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
