Nurul is an experienced and detail orientated construction project programmer with over 17 years’ experience, who has worked on numerous large scale and complex international projects.
Nurul began his career as a site planning engineer and continues to work extensively on dispute resolution projects where his expertise have been used to provide detailed and forensic analysis of project programmes, to identify delays, prolongation, acceleration, and cause and effect events. His analyses have not only been used to substantiate claims but also in arbitration proceedings, high court litigation (primarily in Singapore and Malaysia), adjudication and mediation.
Nurul has worked with multinational teams across Asia, the Middle East and the United Kingdom, on flagship projects such as the Jewel Singapore Terminal 5 Airport, Turkey International Port, Palm Jumeirah Dubai, and the Dubai Metro.
Nurul is well-versed in the deployment and usage of programme planning software, primarily Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
