Billings Coordinator, United Kingdom

Leota joins the corporate team as a Billings Coordinator based in London.

Leota is a skilled professional with a solid background in accounting, holding an AAT Level 2 certification. With over 10 years of experience, she has excelled as a Financial Accounts Manager and Office Administrator within the merchandising industry in the United Kingdom.

Known for her motivation, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, Leota is eager to bring her skills to CCi. She seeks to expand her knowledge and contribute to CCi’s objectives, bringing a proactive problem-solving approach and commitment to continuous learning.

Martin Bedford

Associate Director, United Kingdom

Martin joins the team as an Associate Director to lead and grow the Digital Technology and 4D service.

Mei Li

Financial Controller EMEA & APAC, United Kingdom

Mei is an ACCA qualified professional with a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Oxford Brookes University. With over 20 years of international finance experience across diverse sectors in China, France, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom, Mei brings extensive experience to the table.

Specialising in M&A acquisitions, financial and management accounting, process optimisation, leadership development, budgeting, cost control, and data analysis, Mei has successfully completed due diligence and integration for multi-million-pound acquisitions in the United Kingdom, Czech Republic, and Poland. 

Joining CCi, Mei is drawn to its forward-thinking approach and dedication to solving clients’ challenges. She sees CCi as a platform for both professional and personal growth, aligning perfectly with her values and offering opportunities for advancement.

Mikayla Han

Administration Assistant, New South Wales

Mikayla joins the corporate team as an Administration Assistant based in Sydney.

Mikayla is currently in her final year studying towards a Bachelor’s degree in Media and Communications with a Major in Public Relations and Social Media. She has accumulated almost two years of hands-on experience working in administration and social media management across various sectors including hospitality, public relations, and health and well-being.

Mikayla joins CCi to further develop her experience and skills in a professional setting. Her proactive attitude and commitment to continuous learning and growth makes her an asset to the team.

Nicole Teh

Finance Director APAC, New South Wales

Driven by her enthusiasm for working in dynamic, rapidly expanding business environments, Nicole joins CCi hoping to make a significant impact.

Nicole is a commercially driven Chartered Accountant and accomplished finance leader with over 13 years of post-qualified experience. Skilled in all areas of finance, Nicole’s emphasis is on delivering value-adding financial insights and strategic support through executive-level partnering and leadership on both local and global scales. Her expertise covers accounting, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, and strategic commercial support, with proven experience in senior stakeholder management across diverse sectors, including technology, professional services, and legal.

Nicole’s extensive experience and skill set will greatly enhance CCi’s operations, playing a pivotal role in driving financial excellence and fostering our continued success and global growth.

Rab Eadie

Director and Technical Expert, United Kingdom

Rab joins the technical team as a Director based in Glasgow.

Sophie Irons

HR Manager APAC, New South Wales

Sophie joins the corporate team as HR Manager APAC based in Sydney.

Sophie is an accomplished HR Manager, holding a CIPD Level 7 qualification and a Master’s degree in International Human Resources Management, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Law. With over 5 years of experience in strategic HR management in an international recruitment firm, she has a proven track record of driving people-focused projects to enhance performance, engagement, and workplace culture. Prior to her HR career, Sophie also gained valuable experience as a Paralegal in a law firm.

Sophie has recently moved from Lincolnshire, UK, to broaden her professional career in Australia. Her blend of expertise and passion for strategic HR will add significant value to CCi, helping to meet business objectives and drive organisational success.

Thomas Murr

Director, Quantum, Western Australia

Thomas joins the team as a Director based in Perth.
