CCi worked with the project team to establish the likely benefit of the proposed mitigation measure regarding the utilisation of a spare transformer. In addition, CCi reviewed the project’s contemporaneous records to establish the true impact of the 13 critical incidents to arrive at a successful settlement of compensation and delay entitlement.
