Message from Sinead Waldron, Director of Human Resources

Beth Hatch
Business Support Executive
(Perth, Australia)

Beth graduated with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Economics, she has been working as a Senior Business Support Executive for over 25 years.  She offers CCi’s team broad experience including insights gained whilst working with teams across Asia, MENA and now Australia.  Beth has worked for a number of global and boutique Dispute Resolution practices supporting consultants and ensuring their systems and operations are optimised.  She has excellent project management skills and understands what it takes to provide professional excellence.  

Charles graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and has been working in Procurement and Contract Management roles within Construction and Engineering for 10 years. Charles has worked on a number of complex and distressed mega projects in Australia.  Working in CCi’s Claims Consulting and Commercial Management business stream will give Charles the opportunity to further build on his skills and move deeper into dispute resolution work.  

Daniel Kraus
Principal Consultant

Daniel is an accomplished Project Services leader with over 25 years’ experience within Oil and Gas, Power and Petrochemical industries. He provides a comprehensive range of project management services including planning, project controls, risk and cost management.  Daniel has operator and EPC contractor experience supporting major construction projects where he led multi-disciplined teams and departments.  

Dominika has a master’s degree in Quantity Surveying and offers over 9 years working with tier one contractors on some of Australia’s most complex engineering projects.  Dominika joins our Melbourne team to build her career as a Contract Manager and Claims Consultant. She prides herself on her consultative work style and the ability to get on with people.  She offers experience on Rail, Roads, Water, LNG and Mining projects.  

Jasmin is an experienced management accountant who has worked with Engineering Contractors on major construction projects throughout the Middle East and Australia.  She offers over a decade of experience working with commercial teams delivering projects under many different contract forms.  Jasmin joins our Sydney team to assist our clients set up and manage cost management processes to enable the delivery of their multi-billion dollar infrastructure programmes.  

Laura is a degree qualified Civil Engineer with over 8 years’ experience working on bridges, heavy civils, oil and gas projects in the US and internationally.  She is adept at report writing, schedule analysis and project coordination.  Laura will work with CCi’s team of experts to provide working knowledge pertaining to insurance claims associated with Delay in Start-Up (DSU) and Business Interruption (BI) on behalf of the Global Insurance Market.

Lee Simões
Managing Director MENA (Dubai, UAE)

Lee is a leading quantum expert and joins the team as Managing Director, MENA.  Lee is a professionally qualified Quantity Surveyor with over 27 years’ experience, he is consistently appointed as an Expert Witness and has testified at Arbitration hearings.  He specialises in providing Expert Entitlement and Quantum reporting, claims evaluation, claims and risk analysis advice, and contract and commercial management advisory including procurement strategy. Lee joins CCi’s global practice of Expert Witnesses and strengthens our integrated service offering to Insurance, Construction and Engineering clients.  

Megan has over 12 years’ experience providing project controls on offshore drilling platforms, gathering facilities, pipelines, mass transit projects, and residential buildings. She is a Member of the Engineering and Construction Contracting Association – Future LeaderDrawing on her project controls background, she has assisted in analysing construction delays and disruptions, reviewing, and preparing change orders, and developing baseline project schedules. She has provided deposition and testimony as a fact witness for arbitration proceedings.

Megan Rac

Robert is a Chartered Engineer with over 35 years’ experience in the UK construction industry. He was a main board director of a major UK Contracting organisation where he was responsible for all aspects of managing a successful business.  Robert will focus on strategic loss management operations for insurers, and new business lines CCi is looking to create where we advise on and deliver estate re-purposing.  Finally, Robert will take the strategic lead on complex project recovery commissions.

Tareq is a PMP and PSP certified Engineer with over 19 years of experience. He offers broad ranging planning and project controls experience across sectors such as Transport, Oil and Gas, Defence and Commercial.  His recent experience includes managing a client-side project controls team of 15 people on a multibillion-dollar infrastructure project.  Tareq will help CCi’s clients establish industry leading project controls and reporting.  

Tranice Woo
Finance Manager
(APAC)

Tranice is a Chartered Accountant who is also MBA qualified.  She offers over 25 years’ experience in Australia and Hong Kong working within professional services industries.  She has been involved with M&As, finance team set ups, process improvement, due diligence, and new system migration.  Tranice will work closely with CCi’s leadership team and consultants to ensure our financial and accounting processes and reporting are optimised.
