CCi was engaged by the Subcontractor responsible for all civil and concrete works, to assess the contractual position in terms of extension of time entitlement and to produce a consolidated extension of time along with associated costs claim. CCi produced a compelling claim document that enabled the Subcontractor to recover over 80% of its claimed prolongation costs with an opportunity to negotiate the remainder. CCi’s experience was fundamental to the demonstration of the entitlement, production of the supporting evidence, and the negotiation of the settlement.
